Vintage Cushion Cut Sapphire and Baguete Diamond Ring

This cushion-cut Natural Sapphire Ring is absolutely stunning. Set in the center is the Sapphire, which is a rich, even-toned blue, and to either side are three baguette diamonds graduating in size and bezel set. This Platinum ring is unique and extraordinary and will make a marvelous engagement ring. Circa 1940-50.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $6,300.

Sapphire & Diamond Details.....The Natural Sapphire is a Rectangular Cushion Cut, transparent and Eye Clean. It measures 9.55mm x 8.40mm x 4.38mm and weighs 3.34 carats. There are six straight baguette-cut natural diamonds with a total weight of .54 carats, VS-SI G-H-I. 

Details..... Currently, a size 5.5, one free sizing (within two sizes) is included with the purchase. The ring measures 9.4mm x 19mm at the gem set top. The shoulder of the ring measures 4.2mm, and the back measures 1.7mm. In Excellent Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
